MARKET GARAGE EVENT SPACE

In 2021, we converted an old farm garage into an event space which we call the MARKET GARAGE. It has a vintage farm vibe and is surrounded by our goat pasture so you can watch the goats play from the window! We host Farm Markets in this space, farm-to-table dinners and offer the space to the public for rental. It has been used for baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, small wedding receptions, work meetings and other events.

Our space is available for rent!

Here are the details:

It can seat around 40 people but if your event is informal and people are milling around, the space can accommodate more especially during the warmer months when the doors can be open and outdoor space can be utilized. The space is heated during the winter and other times of the year when it’s cold.

We provide tables, chairs, standard decor, use of outside space, use of refrigerator, use of fire pit with firewood (if requested), and use of popcorn maker WITH popcorn (if requested). We also take care of garbage.

Bring in your own food, have it catered or have food delivered! We do allow you to bring in alcohol but obviously ask you to be responsible with it and monitor your guests.

We put a lot of trust in people and don’t require a cleaning deposit. We would be prefer not to have to charge people for cleaning and so far most people have been awesome! We just ask folks to leave the space like you found it. Treat it like you would want your space treated. Sweep if necessary, clean up all garbage and leave in the provided cans, put recyclables into the recycle bins and take down all your decorations.

Things to NOTE:

  • 1) We don’t have running water in the space. We do have a water cooler for drinking or filling pitchers. It also has a hot water option on it. But there is not running water for dishes, etc.

  • 2) We have a well-maintained Porta-Potty close to the event space but we don’t have a standard bathroom for public use.

Prices for 2025: $100 per hour or a flat $250 for 3 or more hours. $100 deposit is required to reserve your date. The remainder can be paid the day of the event. Payment can be made by cash, check, Venmo or cards.

PLEASE NOTE: The space is not available from September 8-November 8 due to our big Pumpkin Festival. There are also dates during our Farm Camp season (June-Mid July) in the summer which will not be available as well.
